Women and IT Scorecard - India Launch

The Women and IT Scorecard - India will be launched on 28 February, 2017 at the NASSCOM Diversity and Inclusion Summit 2017 in Bangalore.

The Women and IT Scorecard - India will present key trends, patterns and enablers of gender diversity in the Indian IT industry. It aims to inform policy debate and potential actions to address gender equality issues within the Indian IT sector. Companies within the IT-BPM sector will be able to use this scorecard to benchmark their own gender inclusive policies and practices.

Increasing number of tech firms with women senior leaders

This is the last post in our series leading to the launch of the Women and IT Scorecard - India. A key finding of the Scorecard is that the number of tech firms with women leaders is on the rise. In 2012 only 15% of tech firms had over 20% women executives. In 2015 this rose to 26% firms.
